We are the TWIN FLAMES within your body. Our main function is to filter out waste products and extra substances from the bloodstream and regulate the waste outside the body. We also regulate blood pressure and stimulate the production of red blood cells by producing hormones.
Regulation, Stimulation, and Filtration is what we do, and we love our job.
Our work gets impacted when you do not process your emotions. When you are EMOTIONALLY HURT, why don’t you allow yourself to experience the pain? Filter out the unwanted thoughts and emotions, decode your lessons, and stimulate your growth as a person.
When you do not process your PAIN, it leads to ANGER, CRITICISM, and REGRET. Unresolved anger leads to kidney stones and creates a lot of pain for you. Your FEAR in the long run impacts my ability to function.
All these lead to chronic stress and impact our ability to function properly, eventually leading to our failure (which is the last stage when you have given up on your hope and ability to regulate your emotional self).
So, just Breathe, Believe in your capabilities, Express yourself well, and Let Go of things beyond your control!
