2. INNER STABILITY (Clarity, Self-regulation, groundedness, reduced external validation)

Curiosity builds awareness; awareness creates stability. Emotionally Fit leaders can cut through the noise within and hear their inner voice clearly. They don’t seek validation from the outside — they rest in their own clarity. This makes them naturally humble, grounded, and compassionate.

3. INNER AGENCY (Comfort with discomfort, control, self-authored identity)

They rewrite disempowering narratives and create identities built on strength. Their inner agency enables them to influence teams, culture, and outcomes with confidence.

6. FORTHRIGHT (Honesty, clarity, courageous communication)
